Peter Padbury
Peter Padbury is head of the Foresight group at External Affairs Canada. In this capacity he develops long-term strategy for the Federal government, helping all departments prepare for alternative futures. He has 25 years of experience working in issues related to development and the environment. He is best known to the environmental sector as the individual who organised the NGO conference at Rio in 92.
Don Alexander
Don Alexander is currently working as a professor in the Geography Department at Malaysian University College in Nanaimo. He is the past president of the Environmental Studies Association of Canada, founding member of British Columbia's Community Development Institute, and the founding director of the New City Institute.
Jeb Brugmann
Jeb Brugmann is currently the President of an independent consulting firm called City States, Located in Toronto. Mr. Brugmann is best known as the founding Secretary General of the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). He has a 15-year career in the local government sector, focusing primarily on municipal efforts to address regional and global concerns, including the environment, sustainable development, international conflict and sanctuary for refugees.
